The show up School
Being in Education has never been harder – for teachers and for students.
Decreased resilience and increased burnout are common across the board.
1 in 5 students drop out of college in the first yearǂ
44% of K-12 teachers feel burned out "always" or "very often," reporting an average workweek of 50 hours**
What if there was a fun, pragmatic, digestible program that developed the resilience and essential life skills of 16-21 year olds so they can show up in life empowered to realize their potential?
What if we supported teachers with a professional development program that built their resilience skills to counter their potential burnout, and helped them to model and integrate these skills, along with positive psychology, into their teaching?

Our programs
Academy for emerging adults
This seven-session curriculum takes 16-21 year olds on a journey that starts with unlocking their natural superpowers, through to leveling up their game plan.
Each session is 1 ½-2 hours in duration.
Cohorts can be in-person or online, and are kept small to ensure personalized attention, stronger connections and psychological safety.
Professional development for teachers
This program is tailored and scaled to suit each school, utilizing a mix of staff learning days, regular staff meetings and 1:1 meetings.
Over the duration of the program, teacher confidence, motivation, resilience and emotional balance are developed, and the ability to model this in teaching gets unlocked.
Best results come when the program is a cumulative program that is broken into multiple stages delivered across the academic year, for a total of anywhere from 4 hours to 15 hours.

We believe
Everyone can benefit from growing their self-awareness and learning ‘soft skills’.
But it’s the application of this knowledge in real-life scenarios that turns the impact up to 11.
In two decades of corporate life, a decade of which was spent working directly with senior executives and C-suite in Fortune 300 companies in Chief of Staff and Executive Communication roles we’ve seen the difference that having self-awareness and strong ‘soft skills’ (or not!) can make in someone’s ability to thrive – both personally and professionally.
There is immense power to knowing that you get to choose. Everything. Every day.
Not all choices are great ones. But you still get to choose. And that enables you to thrive.
We bring our expertise as a certified teacher, a leadership coach, an organization developer developing teams at Fortune 300 companies, volunteering as a college coach, and volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth, to empower young people and teaching professionals to choose to show up as their best selves in every part of their lives.
